Food & Life offers support from an Accredited Practising Dietitian to:

• Private clients
• Clients with a GP or paediatrician referral (GP complex condition management plan, eating disorder management plan, M10 neurodevelopmental care plan)
• Clients who are funded by NDIS and who are self-managed or plan managed

Food & Life offers dietetic support via face to face or telehealth sessions:

• Wednesday 2pm - 9pm (face to face and telehealth)
• Thursday 9pm - 2pm (face to face and telehealth)
• Friday 9am - 4pm (telehealth only)

You can request an appointment easily:

• Make a booking online if you are a private client or have a GP referral*
• Make a referral request online for NDIS funded clients
